Now this is a very useful extender but I wonder if anyone has tried to enhance its looks ?

when i hover over the menu items at the top
To have a custom Confirm Button you could use ModalPopup instead. If you would like it to show the same way it is showing on that linked page you could use the HoverMenu and style it as you would like. We had a balloon popup extender in the making but it is not close to being done any time soon.
